Janitorial supplies sell a toilet cleaner that contains hydrochloric, cleans it in seconds.

Edit: They also sell a mop thing to use with it, or at least they did when i last used the stuff.

I once used spirits of salts to clean paint off a marble fireplace when you could buy it in a glass bottle from ordinary hardware shops.

As already said, Use gloves, goggles etc if using anything with hydrochloric. dare say you already know that though

Bale out the loo and stick a warm solution of citric acid down there. You can buy bulk citric acid crystals on eBay for a fraction of the cost of those piddling little sachets in the supermarket. It's food grade too.
