I have seen them live, at half time at White Hart Lane. An odd experience.

Seen them live too;opening for Led Zeppelin at Knebworth would you believe.Actually was a good choice to open things on a sunny afternoon after camping* in front of the stage on a rainy night.
Rest of the bill was The New Commander Cody Band,Todd Rundgrens Utopia and The New Barbarians(Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood and a under-rehearsed band who came on about an hour and a half late-might have been even longer actually).

*Well if you can call three oiks under a big plastic sheet camping.

If you like Paul Weller and/or The Jam....^_^

Did he say that he wouldn't choose a track by The Jam because that'd be too predictable? Funny bugger. Does he like them or not?

He did come across as a likeable bloke though. Down to earth but I suspect a little contrary (the above for example). I reckon he might be a bit of an awkward sod at times too. Still, I can't help but like him. But then you can't really dislike someone who enjoys a knees up to Chas & Dave down at the social with their Nan! A diamond geezer!
