Hi guys.
Does anyone have any experience of destock cycles in France?
I'm buying a new frameset and they have 3 in Stock, in my size £1300 cheaper than in UK and £600 cheaper than Germany.
I've looked on review sites and they get great reviews and they also sell on eBay with really good feedback. I've read that destock sites sell stuff manufacturers sell to dump extra stock during quiet times.
All looks legit and my main issue is, it's such a big saving that must be too good to be true. Cheers

Never heard of them but...Presuming they accept direct credit card payment (so you are protected) and are not scam merchants wanting payment through Western Union or similar (and my dislike of PayPal has them in that bucket) and you are sure it's the right /same frame, they have a proper returns policy, I guess it's worth the risk. The. Exchange rate versus the euro is pretty favourable right now too

Interesting. Same physical address as web_cycle. I must have been past their shop a dozen or more times without noticing it.
Ah! Just looked on Google street view, and it used to be a nondescript crockery/home furnishing/general knick-knackery outlet. Must have taken over the building in the last 2 or 3 years. Certainly looks like bargains to be had. Let us know how you get on!

I went ahead last night and ordered a Bianchi Infinito CV frameset in the Black/red. The choice was that or the Celeste/black only, but I love the Matt black one. Paid on visa so have the protection of my bank being able to do a chargeback. (Have had to do that in the past).
Since then have received a few emails confirming order etc. could not find anything negative about them on web and the eBay feedback was really good. Main site also has a link to Web cycles.
With postage I paid slightly over £1200. Less than half the price of Hargroves cycles (£2500 last time I looked) and £600 odd less than from Germany. They have the full Ultegra version on eBay at £2300, which is also dirt cheap.
Will post pic when/if it arrives.

I was very sceptical because of prices, but they're on eBay with 260 mainly positive feedback and very good trustpilot reviews.
I won't relax though until the frames sat in my house

I wouldn't worry. I have purchased from numerous companies abroad, a lot of them with bad reviews and a terrible website. I rarely have issues and those I have get sorted easily. Strangely my biggest problem was with Amazon who have a famously good reputation. Credit card company sorted that easily for me.

Frame arrived Monday.
And (to me) she is a thing of beauty.
I did email de-stock a couple of times and got prompt replies. Emailed when frame despatched and given French and English courier details so I could track it all the way. I now have a frame that cost me £1217 rather than £2500 from UK or £2000 from Germany. In short, De-stock 5 star rating from me.
