DHB are usually great quality. For the price, it's worth a punt.

Mine arrived today via Royal Mail; ordered Saturday night.
Sizing chart said I was a medium, so I bought large and they fit perfect.
The pad is perfectly adequate IMHO. Not the best, but by far, not the worst.
Two pairs for £40....no complaints, would happily recommend.

Alright Chris,
I am also a 34" waist and the sizing says that is a medium as you say.
So cycling clothes being what they are I bought the large and they fit well.
The only problem I can see from buying the correct size is most regular cyclists have big thighs compared to waist size, that's the case for me anyway.
If you're a 34" waist and have normal sized legs I'd say get the medium, but bigger legs go for large.
I once bought a Rapha team Sky Jersey in my size(M) but had to change it for XXL before it would fit. Race fit they call, think.
Hope this helps a bit mate.

Thanks, looks like i would have to go for the medium although waist wise im a small as according to the size chart i would need those for my thighs .

That's exactly the trouble I have. I'm a 34" waist but have huge thighs.
Well im a 30 waist but i have 24 " thighs round the upper bit .
Nightmare for normal clothes shopping as most trousers tend to be skinny leg cut and swmbo bought me an off the peg suit for a funeral and had to have the trousers altered as no one sells trousers that small .
