Hello and welcome to the forum.
Before I clicked the link I was prepared to say it was a rebadged Dahon but it appears to be completely different design to anything I've seen before so looks like a Di Blasi possibly unique to them.
Very interesting bike. How does it ride?

Very well imo.. any clue on what bulb is used on the lights? Powered by a 6v dynamo
