It wasn't you I saw then, I went past around 7am and yes it was still peeing it down, same for the way home, and similar for tomorrow from the looks of things.....

Day off, wife has a hospital appointment and free baby sitters grandparents away , glad of the rest TBH , with the wind etc both sides of my knees are aching .New shoes might not help , cleats are right so i think stack height might have altered effective saddle height , felt a twinge in hamstring behind knee on both legs over the last few days .
