It was around 6pm on Friday night and was a blonde girl who had hit a green car that had turned across in front of her by the Polish church in Ealing Broadway.

I didn't say it at the time but thank you for stopping.

*Sorry, just to clarify, I was the hot blonde lying in the road.

Pix please! :smile::laugh:

My last job, and the one before in fact, had me eating or drinking in Ealing about every other Friday. I'm a bit further out now.

Heal quick.

Driver was incredibly wonderfully responsible and nice, and hysterical. She immediately pulled over and refused to drive away and until we'd exchanged details and I was sure I was ok. No scratches on her car but I checked it as she was too shaky and worried about me.

On advice from the LCC I shall be going to the doctor tomorrow to get checked over but I'm sure nothing will be too bad....

Except the embarrassment of displaying said bruises as they're... ahem... intimately placed.

I'm not at all angry or bitter, it was an accident plain and simple, we were both going slowly because of the poor visibility in the rain so no one was seriously hurt.

Glad you got away with it. With any luck, it'll have taught the driver to look out for cyclists in future too!

That's what she said! Turns out both her dad and brother are cyclists and she was so upset because she tries to be extra careful. As I said, it's hard to be angry about it so I've decided not to be.
