Can't believe the diference in my fitness in a week. I've only been out 4 times and about 20 miles in total. Not much I know but last week I was struggling to walk up the hill to my house with my bike and the muscles in my legs were killing me. Today I cycled 5 miles and cycled all the way up the hill and not even out of breath! Could have easily cycled more but had to buy some shopping so didn't want to overdo it. And last week I was rather delicate sitting on the saddle and today the sadle was so comfy.
