I'v tried to google this to find the answer but had no luck! It is possibly a stupid question, But its something which is buggin' me! lol.

I have a pair of padded cycling shorts, When you look inside the shorts the padding is Blue! I also have a pair of padded cycling Bib-shorts and inside the padding is Red!! They are by the same make, BTwin.
What is the difference?
Thanks, Gary

I don't know if this is still the case but Decathlon had them colour-coded according to the thickness of the padding. Blue for short journeys, red for medium rides and I can't remember what colour their long-distance pads were.

EDIT: ah yes, orange: http://www.decathlon.co.uk/bib-shorts-7-xc-blue-id_8200199.html

They are different standards/specifications, blue is cheapest thinner, red better thicker.

PS I use the blue.^_^
