Is it ever possible to straighten one or once bent should you replace.

If it possible to straighten what/ how is the best way of doing it?

Is it possible to fix them? Well, ish... If you use an adjustable spanner and put the rotor in the slot you can use that to bend back. Keep checking the rotor against a flat surface (e.g. kitchen top). To be honest it is very hard to get them back right so it normally only works as a short term bodge.
