I went for a 4 hour bike ride 11am to 3pm so no lunch as such for me. Some bits of flapjack to keep me going

By the time I got home I was starving but too knackered to make anything so I rooted out all the crap we had in the house and ate that (a jam donut, a lump of cheese, a dark chocolate kit kat and a bag of ready salted crisps)

I'd have happily had a plate full of chicken nuggets too if they'd been available

I'm not a ponce but draw the line at reformed chicken, hot dogs in a can or Campbells Meatballs.

I actually threw some food out of the larder after reading the ingredients on the back, "mechanically separated" should not be mentioned on food containers..
