I hope that's drizzled with extra virgin olive oil - extra points for estate bottled, (or as we used to get, home grown). Best too if Italian plum tomatoes still warm from the vine and freshly picked and torn basil ........ and I'd swap the pork pie for a porchetta panino. Almost forgot - sea salt too.Unless someone out there has some quinoa I think I must have this one in the bag...
