Do industrial design students ever ride bikes?

I often wonder if industrial design students ever ride bikes when you see the stupid ideas they come up with for cyclist. Things like the “Breathe Air” cycle helmet, is it ever likely that any cyclist would wear one?

I'm at Bristol. A fine establishment, where even the Music students would be able to tell you that your visibility whilst wearing that contraption would be reduced to a dangerously low level!

An Industrial Design and Technology student from Brunel University in West London, has created the first ever respirator for cyclists to filter virtually all contaminants.

Ahem.. this is what a guy produced the year after me at Central School of Art and Design. Circa 1987!

Hairs in your mouth are never fun. You just cant spit them out.
