The only day i dont commute by bike is Wednesday, its shopping day and i have to get off in the car quick. I detest the fact i can't use the bike...so much so that i've now installed a spare bike at work so i can get a couple of laps (3 or 6 miles) in before work.

I only got back on the bike this afternoon after "only" 3 full days of having no tubes to put on the rear tyre. It was only a quick 5 min ride around the block to check it was holding out alright but it felt great

I have no days off from cycling! (Except a few weeks ago when I was struck down by the almighty flu-flu). If I'm not working I'll hop on the bike to go see members of the family, or simply go for a ride somewhere or other. I don't think I could go a day without cycling unless there was a blody good reason (lack of legs, etc.)!
