It is a copy of a sail that is made in Australia by Flat Earth Sails with a lot on improvement by me to fit on Sit-on-top kayaks, I've one on the pipe line for sea kayaks as well.
Please note I do not sell them you make them yourself.

I have just got make one of those sails and fit it my tadpole trike that also converts to quad test frame: I have been having an awful lot of fun messing about with a sail board sail on it for the last few months.
