Living in an urban estate in Peterborough with a high proportion of young families and multiple occupancy houses..not surprisingly anti social behaviour is high, as is theft but burglary, violent crime and vehicle crime are a bit above median and robbery is almost exactly median.

The clothes walkers and climbers wear may be "crimes against good taste" but are hardly likely to be reported to the police.
The population of Wasdale is about 100 or so, so one overturned wheelie bin is an antisocial crime rate of 1 per 100, or 10 per thousand. All it takes is one school trip to get a bit unruly and massive crime waves like this occur.
