Sure! You can apply different levels of generalisations and make a guess, im sure often you'll be right, but often you'll be wrong. Still doesn't mean the generalisation can't be applied though.

Generally no because you have no idea what goes on behind closed doors and what makes people click together. Initial impressions can be deceptive.

I don't think so. Most of us have had more than one partner, and a comparison between successive partners usually throws up big differences.

What kind of things? The only thing my partner reflects about me is that I have bad taste .

Seriously though, no I don't think you can. I mean if you examined my past relationships the only consistent things that come up are a) I like men, I like older men and c) I like dark haired men, but to look at my current partner you'd not tell that as a) how would you know what my past relationships were and Mr Plax is bald and mainly grey (my fault apparently).
