So you reckon the original sick notes will turn up eventually? If so i'm willing to wait.

Sorry, mate - but with the DWP that is a dangerous assumption! A very dangerous assumption.

a) You MAY get one of the countless professionals in the DWP who do a difficult job with impeccable courtesy, professionalism, accuracy.

b) You MAY get one of the countless "professionals" in the DWP who "use their professional/friendly courtesy" to invent laws that don't exist, do their level best to misapply them, and then lie through their teeth.

If you get b), sadly the managerial checks and balances support the "professional b****rd's" decision, right through to the very last minute before the Tribunal hearing deadline. That may take months.
