Does this crankset look worn out?

Thanks once again everyone. What you guys are all saying makes more sense to me than what my lbs said, unfortunately. It saddens me because I've always bought my stuff from him and asked his advice, but it isn't the first time that Mickle has told me that he's wrong. Anyway, I have decided to replace my entire drivetrain - inluding the cassette, just to be sure. So, in my basket right now is the following:

• Shimano Derore RD-M591-SGS long cage (based on advice I had here - but I decided to stick with 8-speed in the end to keep down the cost)
• Shimano Alivio crankset FC-M411, 170cm, 48/38/28
• KMC chain, X8.99 8-speed
• SRAM cassette 8-speed, X4 PG850

I'll no doubt need a new derailleur cable too (I have just changed the cable housing).

Does this all look OK?
