Pre paid envelopes iirc used to actually state "no stamp needed".
It's an important (to me) form so don't want to post it only to find out later that it did need a stamp.

If it is really important you can still put a stamp on it

a first class stamp will also mean it gets there faster

I posted an anniversary card to my son and DiL last week. They live 60 miles away.
It didn't arrive!!
Annoying that you can't even complain and get your money back.

A good wheeze is to wait until you have one from another firm, and put the bumpf in the oppositions envelope and send it away.
