He was pushing the bike on a path..

ive had it at the end of my commute,two dogs will run out into the road and chase me up the road,i shouted abuse at the owner then phoned police with,the morale high ground saying kids ride that road and how irresponsible it is ,then happened again ,i phoned old bill again saying ,next time i will deal with the dog myself as the thing nips your feet,seems to have done the trick ,they bark but don't get out

There are a couple of times when a mini pump is of little use. Instances like this and needing to pump a tyre up.

To be fair, a mini pump is probably more suited to fending off dogs than pumping up tyres
