Dogs & flies...

The dog (not ours, we are dog sitting an Irish Wolf Hound) hates anything that buzzes around him to the point that he will get up and leave the house if they are annoying him... He also tries to catch them when he can't be bothered to get up...

there was this loud buzzing noise of a big blue bottle, followed by a snap of a very large dog's mouth and

.....


....



silence....
I think he has just eaten it!


(shudders at the though of the smells he will produce tonight for us!)

this one does normally as well... only think of a large adult cat and that is the size of his head... it was just the ominous silence afterwards that was really worrying... that and the fact he did not get up and leaving the room/house!

My dog does it too...he sits and stares at them intently....we call it 'fly-watch'
He will take a bite if they get too near but he's never caught one although he did eat a spider that ran across the floor - maybe it's because I was screaming at the time and he thought he better save his 'mum'

My Spaniel likes to eat Daddy Long Legs, which is kind of handy because the kids are scared of them.

You won't need to collect the output in a plastic bag as all good doggie owners do. This one will fly away.........
