Doing a ton

Well, it seems that, for me, skis are faster than the bike. In Klosters right now enjoying my other sport of skiing. I got the Ski Tracks GPS app for the iPhone and recorded 60.9mph, or 98km/h on a blue run this morning. Clearly, the task now is to break a round metric ton of 100km/h. Thankfully, there is a well-groomed black with a clear run off that looks ripe for busting the continental A-road limit. Wish me and my insurers the best of British luck!

Sure you didn't just drop it. I reckon it could fall at that speed.

Had the same thing on my trip in Jan, lots of chaps getting weird readings for average and top speeds. I'm not sure i'd trust it fully (especially on a blue).

Success! 107kph (66mph) recorded through a BMW-sponsored timing gate on Parssen.
