So i am now in to week two of turbo cycling,and i am loving it.Just 20 mins at a time.getting five miles on the computer,and on Saturday i polished the cycling shoes they now look like Fred Astaire's patent pumps.I can see me trying to go to Otley for a latte and bacon butty,very soon.Mrs P might not agree though.Otley o my proper bike not the turbo before one of you make a smart reply.

@postman - half of my brain read that as you being taken to Otley whilst on the turbo, in the bed of a pick-up.

Got a little twenty mins in again this morning.The end bit had to be done inside the garage,it began raining.

I used to work in Otley as a younger man. I worked at Garant service group onWest Chevin road and also at Graham Brookes TV shop on Walkergate

Cycling up the Chevin from various directions was always a major challenge
