Sat in a traffic queue - primary following cars heading straight on through a cross roads (Warren St, Stockport near the Supermarkets for the locals)....

As I near the junction, some lad on an old trials bike roars up the outside, and starts to signal left (I can just about see him dim indicators) - tried pushing past me, so....... "OI " !......... he abandons cutting me up, but then shout's 'Kn0b head'........ then he turns left after I have passed...... I then just give the 'What !' signal....as he shakes his fist....

Well then, the idiot spins the bike round in traffic, and roars after me...... lights are now on red for him from the direction he is now coming from........ pulls up along side me (I brace for impact) and I just glare at him....... he just roars off, cutting up a number of cars and then off.... piss poor lights on his bike, hardly a front one, and just a brake light - no rear lamp, or number plate light - me thinks...hmm probably not insured or anything - no point in pursuing it (and I couldn't see the plate)....

I'm following in the same direction and just hang back at the lights...needless to say he is there, and now had to head back where he had intended to go......

Idiot.... ! Don't think you can push a pedal bike about matey !!!!

had a car driver (BMW) front me once, until I got off my bike and then he realised I was a bit bigger and angrier then he was. Soon got back in his car and (predictably) wheelspinned off...

nice one fossyant, i had a run in with a range rover today who proceeded to pull out round parked cars on his side on a narrow country and drive straight at me. i'm a few feet away from road edge due to mud etc so nowhere to go. so i duck around his wing mirror and punch the door! threw him the bird, disappointed he didnt persue it really, was well up for a q and a over his driving. this was half hour after transit van tried to to overtake on 2 blind bends in a village and they decided it was hilarious from their cab when they did get past and cut me up, cannot for the life of me remember the company name though

Well, I was bricking it a bit - the bike was pretty big / powerful - no pea shooter, but the driver was obviously young - not particularly big.... god hate young lads..... - Yes I was one not too long ago, but didn't act like this if I was wrong.

Well to top it off, near home some idiot drifted very close in slow moving traffic - nice shiney dark blue Audi A3 - could have combed my hair in the paint he was that close...... shouted "Oi" - he moved slightly out.....then made a move out gesture with my hand......

By now, in a bad mood (after the bike) so pulled level and just said (rather loudly) "Give Room"...... then I pedalled off...into the distance................

The big red button on RH side of motorcycle handlebars is the kill switch BTW.

Mickle - hmm I need to find that button......... TBH...any Motorbike incident has been a young lad incident....grrrrrrrrrrr The proper fellas are cool....

I love motorbikes, never have owned one, cos I'd stuff my ass up a dry stone wall..... so I'd better ride a pedal one.....

Had I'd been the age of some of the 'young posters' on 'ere I'd no doubt this would have got nasty..... but... his bike is way heavier than me..... I'd take on a scooter though !!!!!

I'm old enough to need to know I need to ride tomorrow..... comes from my racing days... i.e. chill.... don't do the daft stuff, you need to race at the weekend.... now it's you DO NEED TO RIDE......everyday....
