I couldn't possibly admit to knowing who put a bottle of washing up liquid ( a catering 5 litre bottle) into a fountain , knowing that they would be turned on for the 1st time in many years to see how they performed. was a great spectacle. sadly at that point in history mobile phones were not a common item and camcorders were not cheap.
You also have no knowledge of who put the 10 liters of soap into the log flume at Morcambe some years ago ?
