Having a nice tailwind to push you all the way home. Yesterdays commute was horrid, wind, rain and cold. But tonight.. wahooooooooooooo.

My deliberately chosen route home was into the wind for the first half, then suddenly no wind in front but a good strong helping hand from behind all the way home.

almost always headwind on the wa in, tailwind home this time of year

tailwind isn't all that much use in the dark other than to make the ride home easy

the tailwind never compensates for the headwind
