Wow - first post and already there's mention of Nazis!

Hope you're okay, Wigsie... at least it wasn't your beloved bike that was damaged (clouds and silver linings and all that...).:biggrin:

I know, I was alot calmer than if he had crashed into the spesh (although I may not be able to type then) still the damage will be more than 2 or 3 bikes!

defo do it by the book re the injuries, they might linger unhealed for years and longer, you'll wish you'd claimed in full then

If you would usually cycle to work and now have to drive you could charge the insurers that. Any loss of income, so just remember, you now have to have a taxi to scotland, rather than cycling there :mrpig: (Just get friendly with a cabby and they usually give you a tonne of those receipts for you to fill in at your descresion). That aught to be a few bob!

Personally, if I was injured, even slightly, I would get it checked out and put a claim in for any pain and suffering (even if minor).

I'd consider that a perfectly reasonable claim, I support you wholeheartedly and, if you do happen to get a couple of bikes, I'm your buddy:biggrin:

Seriously glad you're not too bad but definitely get it checked out.

After 3 hours in casualty with scabby women and hoodies that had been fighting (diagnosed with whiplash and lower back and knee damage) to find that the wife has spent any compensation... aparently a boob job is a better investment that full carbon spesh tarmac....

To be honest I am on the fence!
