Came across this video, what surprises me the most is, the driving instructor says to the cyclist that he needs to learn to ride a bike first...what an idiot!

It's people like these, especially driving instructors that need to take their licence all over again.

Pah! The driving instructors over here are generally worse than hopeless. They're only there because either the parents don't want to teach their kids to drive (usually what happens) or want to feel happier they are leaving it to a "professional".

Certainly not unusual to see a car with driving school ads on (with only one person in the car) driving appallingly badly over here. Mind you, that also describes most of the police cruisers too.
