I may be missing something, but its coming up at £1099 on that link too - or are you including the cycle scheme savings?

If I log on with our c2w scheme it comes up at 999-00
You might be able to speak to your c2w organiser and get them to register.
Cycle solutions give alk its c2w users a 10% discount on sign up, thats why its showing 999 when u log in.
Our company used them for the first and last time, last year. Dreadful company to deal with.

That's makes sense. My order was placed December 9th and I am still waiting despite loads of phone calls. If I get the bike at the reduced price I will be happy tho.

I managed to get an hour at Edinburgh Bike Co-op in Manchester on Saturday and found the following...
Whyte Dorset - Fantastic, found it quick and comfortable (as opposed to most of the cross/audax road bikes which I felt too upright on), however I tried the 'S' which was a tiny bit short on the toptube/stem.
Whyte Suffolk - this time in a medium, and found it slightly too long. Also, I don't know if I was imagining it, but it didn't feel quite as quick as the Dorset (the frame is the same so if there is a difference it could only be down to size). But the brakes were very, very good (they're the TRP HyRD cable operated hydraulic brakes) which is unfortunate as I'd hoped it wouldn't be noticeable and I would be happy with the cheaper model!
Whyte Charing Cross 2013 - Again this felt like the other Whytes (very nice), but as a 2013 model there is very limited availability.
Giant Revolt - this felt quick and comfortable, but very upright to ride...
EBC Revolution Cross Pro - this just felt very sluggish.
So, its looking like unless the Giant TCX SLR 2 wows me then I'll be trying to decide between Whytes and trying to find a Whyte dealer that does a 'proper' bike fit as I seem to be somewhere between sizes...

Another 3 bikes ridden...
Fuji Sportif 1.1 - Comfortable but uninspiring.
Saracen Hack 1 - Felt quite quick, but the front end was twitchy; so much so I didn't feel I'd want to ride it regularly.
Norco Threshold A1 - This felt quick for a cross bike with knobbly tires, and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately Evans didn't have one in my size to try so I was on the next size up.
Interestingly the brakes on both the Fuji (Avid BB5) and Saracen (Promax) felt very positive which means I'm now wondering about whether the TRP HyRDs on the Suffolk are worth the extra cost.

Its taken a while, but I've finally bitten the bullet and bought myself a Whyte Dorset. Only done my regular commuting duties so far but it feels great, fast and comfortable.

Yep, they are Whyte specific and unlikely previous mudguards I have are really easy to adjust to avoid rubbing - the guard end unscrews and the guard can be pushed up or down the support and then tightened up. I believe they are someone else's with design tweaks for disc brakes and rebranded Whyte.
I've seen one other Whyte RD7 (a Suffolk) around these parts so far, they're not exactly common; although having said that I was going to spend the extra for the Suffolk, but they'd sold out!
It should be fully kitted out for the commute by the weekend (dynamo lights and rack) and will post more photos - have tried to keep it looking tidy though
The biggest problem I'm having is it makes me want to go fast even when I'm supposed to be doing a recovery ride!
