Drowning Doesn't Look Like Drowning

I nearly drowned when I was about 2 years old and was pulled out of a very shallow pool by my dad who was sitting a few feet away horsing around with my mum. They said it was an incredibly silent near fatal event. Reading this article brought it back to me and is worth a read if you have young kids:
