Afternoon folks,
traditional slow start was enjoyed, had to wait for the lad to arrive for a fry up. About to eat it now so a good job i had some breakfast.
been a busy week of work, but all still going well. Had to go and see an old customer of mine, new to the current employer, in Brescia which meant eating very well.

Afternoon all. Dad's day brekky care of the boys was a hit. They then submitted to a ride to local trail centre and back. They both ended up puffing out there backsides, was nice to see them trying to out compete each other and me. They lost, dad's rock.

Solo ride was OK, legs weren't really feeling it and there was lots of headwind, nice cafe stop though. Went and got stuff for a bbq and it suddenly clouded over 🙄.
Still saw a red squirrel in the garden and its not raining!

Anyhoo - how are these tales of nice food and being away supposed to improve our morale?
