The op had plenty of suggestions on how to find the phone he wants.
If getting a "dumb phone" will make you invisible to targeted advertising is still the open question.
Certainly one would be "more invisible" than by having a smart phone, but totally invisible, I don't know.
Do the modern TV's not also record your preferences in some way?
I don't have a TV, hence not sure.
I think the company that has the most complete record about my preferences is the one that runs my switch card.
 
I meant using your brain to make your own, informed decisions, whatever "outside pressures" may target you.
You may be certain you are smarter than the combined might of Madison Ave, and Soho, and tens of thousands of masters and PhDs in psychology and economics as well as most of the rest of society that the adverts clearly work on, but I am not so confident of myself.

It's easier to resist pressures we recognise, it's the ones we don't that are really harmful.

A dumb phone can't display adverts. Phone & text messages(SMS) only.
