Dust/Red Sky Today

I've got a vigorous two hour ride home tonight - does anyone have anything official on whether this Saharan dust is bad for my lungs?

Hmmm, chose tonight to resume my 14 mile commute home after a 6 week break. Maybe I'll take the flat boring route instead of wheezing my way up the North Downs.
