I want to replace the Dutch 'domestic' paniers and elastic straps I had on one of my bikes. The sort of shopping stuff rather than the touring items stocked in most UK online stores. Some time ago I found a Dutch online store that would ship these outside Holland but I cannot now find the link. Has anyone any information?
