Mine has now all gone,plus the three flake bars inside.So now due to the diabetes prog i intend to steer clear of sweet stuff.I will also get on the turbo more,i think the time spent on it this week,35,40,15 and 15 got me through that bad bit going from Wetherby to Harewood.
