Nice post Firestorm - you must have wonderful memories of him.

My dad rode track too, when he was young - I still have one of his frames, and obviously, it was him who influenced my lifetime love of all things bike.

Grass track (I believe in the modern age the 5 mile is now 8km) Looking forward to a bit of grass track action myself in the coming months!
