Not quite so ....02GF74 is spot on - it still goes off. Freezer life tends to be a maximum of 6 months.
In my youth I pushed some pate past its date (I know, I know, but I was young and naive!) - prompted 1 week off work.
Frozen meat is less risky than pate, but toxins will build up, and smell or taste is not always a reliable indicator as to whether food has gone off.
Personally I would bin it.
Did you kill the chorizo or buy it?
... maybe no longer palatable, but still safe!
A pair of cycling shorts after a 100 miler would have been less tough.
Not like you've got anything much to lose at that stage though!Slightly O/T, I reckon anyone wanting to cryogenically freeze their body wants their head examined. Tthere'll be nothing worth defrosting.
The "service charges" for the freezer, cryogenic flasks etc are pretty steep. If you read the T&Cs, they want the cash up-front too, not when you are defrosted. Not like you've got anything much to lose at that stage though!
