Eguipment advice pls

I was doing a late run on my cannon harrogate and it all seemed to go bad tonight... I have no clue as to what went wrong it just did. Should I upgrade any of my equipment or maybe I just need some stratagey advice, pls help!

Cover the pan and you'll steam the egg to a smooth edged finish.... but watch you don't set the yolk...

Looks to me as though your egg is going to be done way before your potatoes are ready. At least your yolk is nicely in the middle of the egg, so all is not lost.

It was the last egg in the house till we go shopping too, I was disgusted with myself. yeah made a right hash of it, yep fat too hot and egg cooked, long before the potatoes... even had time to get my phone from upstairs to take a picture.

This cycling forum really covers everything. I did not know this and am just as sure to try this as I am to follow the advice about pedal pressure and cornering in a different thread.
