Just a quick update... the company have got back to me to tell me they are dealing with it. They have asked me to remove the video in question because they believe it to be defamatory. I am not planning on removing the video, however you may have noticed I have (as a concession to how seriously they seem to be taking it) have removed the company name and number plate until further notice.

All I really want is this guy (and anyone else seeing the video!) to be educated...
