him undertaking the truck was a bit dicey but I couldn't work out your road position, there was a cycle lane which you were out of but clearly not far enough to stop him passing, he presumabluy thought you were deliberately holding him up

one or the other would be my observation, lane or full primary, especially if if you're taking a defensive line approaching that left turn

I kind of did think that - bit unclear whether the driver was too close to the back wheel to move further out.

Initially I was right in the middle... but (what the video sadly doesn't show very clearly) is that he was very close to me and revving his engine. I was trying to judge what he was doing and I guess I drifted a bit. That cycle lane on the left is a waste of time unless you are going off the first exit. I guess I could have been stronger in my lane usage... but still no reason for his driving... Highway Code is pretty clear that there shouldn't be any overtaking coming up to roundabouts etc.

Don't remove the video, they are just trying to threaten you to keep their company name clear. I would put back the company name and the registration because I don't take kindly to bullying threats like that, but I also would be very careful about what you say in the title, tags, comments, etc. Best to make any allegations as questions or clear opinion, though IANAL.

it was very bad driving, I wasn't excusing that at all, just being very critical with the benfit of hindsight, watched it twice and both times thought he was going to lose it going up the inside of truck
