yep - I quite like it, but can't really compare it to many others that are modern. Just use the gears on the bike to control the resistance. Seems quiet with narrow tyres on. I also got the thingy for the front wheel. between them the bike is rock steady. I also leave the skewer on the bike all the time rather than switch between them each time I want to put the bike on the trainer.

cheers, is it easy to drop the back wheel out if you get a puncture- as i seem prone to them!

Turbos with the standard clamping design are better. I have one of these (my old turbo) and a Cycleops Fluid 2 as well. The Cycleops one is way better. Just don't believe everything you read in a Wiggle review - most are by people who really have no idea what they're talking about.

It's not too difficult. you need to line the cut outs on the clamps up so they are vertical and with mine it takes a couple of tries which I am certain will get eaiser with practice. Usually takes me less than a minute to get the bike into the stand - takes longer to unlock my bike from outside and bring it in.
