It's pretty entertaining at times, and has thrown up some classic threads. The special beaker one was an eye opener. The lack of inhibition and swear filter doesn't help the nest of vipers reputation though.

The dinosaur thread was a hoot, although I have seen similar opinions expressed on CC

A couple of years ago someone from Bikeradar started a spoof thread on Mumsnet about their cycling stepson. More signed up and joined in, it got quite hilarious till they were rumbled and banned.

I thought the women on Mumsnet (for that was what I assumed they were) , were having a bit of a laugh, probably egged on a bit by a few trolls. It was a thread that was widely publicised. I laughed.
