Received the following earlier this afternoon.

Thank you for your email which has been passed on to us by our colleagues at ITV Viewer Services.
Although we would never usually confirm whether or not a guest had received a fee to appear on the programme, we can confirm that Emma Way's interview was exclusive to us but she was not paid to appear on Daybreak.
Lorraine Kelly stated on the show that Emma had not been paid and that she wanted to come in to the studio to explain the case against her and the offences she was convicted of and those that she was not. We also showed a statement by Toby, the cyclist involved.
