Emotional attachment to your bike

I do talk to my bike, by not being serious I mean that my original post was intended as a humorous ancedote more than anything else.

My bike just ignores me out on the road. Fairly sure it slags me off to the flymo in the shed at night.

My main bike gives me the silent treatment if I dare to take out any of my other bikes.

As for emotional attachment, there's a certain amount involved in the building and modification that I've done, but that's more in myself and the skills I've learned doing it. Same with the rides. The memories are in me, the bikes are just stuff.
