I have an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Even my one of my guest rooms has an en-suite bathroom.
I like being able to get out of bed and go to the toilet without getting dressed for it. Also it is useful for a quick clean before and after sex or for sex to move from the bath or shower to the bed.
When I get my roof leak fixed then the whole top floor will be converted to a bedroom suite with his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms.
None of this work will be on company expenses though.
