I don't really do a hard fsat commute each day, its about 40mins at around 8miles. But I'm being left shattered at the end of the day and the mornings when i get up. I gym too at lunch times, but having been skipping it due to lack of energy. Anyone else get this? I eat fruit, bananas etc. I dont eat choc and crisps - live a healthy lifestyle. Is it the time of year?
