I only had a quick look at first but have now watched it all, and subscribed to the channel too. I think his miniature drilling machine is the design I've got a book about making. I did have a lathe in my previous life, albeit a bit bigger, but sadly I ended up leaving it behind

I think it's the first time I've watched a whole half hour video on YT, and I did it without noticing the time. Then I watched one of him making a 0.6mm screw, then a gear for a watch. Drilling a 0.4mm hole through the middle of a 0.8mm rod is impressive.
