2-0 to Marmion.

Bugger me, I remember listening to that Test. I thought Conrad Hunte was never going to get out.

Did you hear Aggers taking the píss out of Boycott who took 2 years to hit a six.
I'd have had money on it being longer than that. If ever.

Thats why Cook is acclaimed as so much better than GB - has scored 2500 test runs more and hit 3 more sixes

Prakash Wakankar has to be one of the finest commentator's names.

Bet he's got a good microphone technique.

Can't see any chance of England taking the remaining 8 wickets in the 31 overs after tea. However, psychologically England are on top and going for the win, India are playing for the draw and that's a useful thing to take into the next test

A draw was always on the cards since England scored 537 on a good track and India weren't going to be too far behind.

Both sides can take the opportunity to 'practice' in these conditions for the last two hours. The spinners can find their rhythm and confidence, whilst the batsmen can just improve their averages.

England's opening partnerships were 47 in the 1st innings and 180 in the 2nd, which bodes well for the rest of the series.
