Yeh I know, I am well used to you farkers always putting England first. Even when it's wrong. It's India (home team) v England (away team), unless you are adopting the yank approach...

Not me, matey! I'm too pedantic (OCD) not to do it properly.

Very good effort to skittle India out for a little over 200. Particularly pleasing was Rashid repaying the confidence Cook is showing in him. 3rd Test will probably be two spinners so Cook can confidently drop Ansari and back Rashid and Ali to do a job for him

Still highly unlikely that England can save the game with 4 sessions left but you never know and, in any case, it's about the positives England can take into the rest of the series. Hameed's temperament in seeing through the afternoon session was great to see. I really hope that Duckett can bat well too as he needs a score

Scotland did very well yesterday against Argentina. Long overdue win, keep 'em coming please.

England slowly approaching the score @ 1.48 an over, but they just need to occupy the crease for another 11 overs to stumps without losing a wicket.

Tomorrow is another day and maybe they'll think about picking up the gauntlet, but it's a fine line between application and adventure.

And, it has to be said, well done to England's bowlers, particularly Rashid, who is increasingly gaining confidence.
